Prospective Mirrors members must submit an application by 5:00 pm February 15, which is reviewed by the Selections Committee. After the applications are reviewed, potential candidates will be selected for interviews. Interviews are conducted and final selections made. The process culminates in the induction ceremony, held in the springtime.
